Through my time at AIS, I’ve gained the confidence to cope with many challenges in life, and have become very determined to dedicate my life to helping others who’re in need. Even studying IB was very competitive to me, however, throughout my learning process, I was able to learn the way of conducting discussions with others and managing my time efficiently. When I studied with my friends in class, I believed the teamwork take a great role in IB. We collaborated and motivated each other. This absolutely helped me during the preparation of IB final exam. In addition, the teachers always trusted and supported me. Whenever I had some questions or concerns during the universities preparation, they always kindly listened to me and gave some advice to help me find some of the best solutions to my problems. Every moment at AIS has remained and will continue to remain as the most valuable memories. Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) 50% of scholarship Major: Studies Engineering.

This week, AIS hosted the Back-to-School Coffee Mornings for our Korean and Japanese parents.
All our Korean and Japanese parents are invited to attend our regular coffee mornings. It is an opportunity to meet and chat to other parents, have a coffee and other refreshments (provided by the school) and to learn about a range of different things. The Coffee Mornings are a chance for our Principals to share our School mission statement, curriculum development and new teaching approaches at AIS.
Coffee mornings are fun and informal and give you the chance to ask questions, share experiences and give suggestions about what you want to learn and improve.

We had our final assembly to mark the end of the Summer Programme today. What a fabulous event it was!
Our students gave brilliant performances. There were several dance routines, singing, music and a well acted game-show. The performances reflected the learnings of the Summer Programme and showcased the students educational development and new friendships. The students were all very confident on stage and everyone knew their lines.
The final week of summer school is always an emotional time so it was great to end with a plethora of fun and reflective performances. We bid farewell to our leavers and look back at all the events from another great summer school…
