Through my time at Australian International School (AIS), I’ve gained the confidence to cope with many challenges in life, and have become very determined to dedicate my life to help others who’re in need. Even though studying IB was very challenging, throughout my learning process, I was able to learn the way of conducting discussions with others and managing my time efficiently. When I studied with my friends in class, I believed that teamwork took a great role in supporting me in studying the IB Diploma. We collaborated and motivated each other. This absolutely helped me during the preparation for the IB final exams. In addition, the teachers always trusted and supported me. Whenever I had some questions or concerns during the preparation for university, they always kindly listened to me and gave some advice to help me find some of the best solutions to my problems. Every moment at AIS has given me and will continue to give me some of the most valuable memories. I have since gone on to study at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), with a 50% scholarship, majoring in Engineering.

A magical summer program at AIS

We had our final assembly to mark the end of the Summer Programme today. What a fabulous event it was!

Our students gave brilliant performances. There were several dance routines, singing, music and a well acted game-show. The performances reflected the learnings of the Summer Programme and showcased the students educational development and new friendships. The students were all very confident on stage and everyone knew their lines.
The final week of summer school is always an emotional time so it was great to end with a plethora of fun and reflective performances. We bid farewell to our leavers and look back at all the events from another great summer school…

Summer Programe Activities at Xi Kindergarten

Awesome Summer Kindergarten activities at AIS keep our children cool and active. The children follow a fun, exploratory and play-based programme that includes sandpit-play, splash pool, soft-play, arts & craft…
Science experiments are so engaging for kids. They learn about objects that are often very memorable. Kids love this blind taste and smell test using fruits. This real-life investigation was set up in a fun and interactive way.

Blind Taste Testing with Fruit

What’s the name of Fruit?

This Summer, Xi’s classroom is full of eager kids ready to learn. Our kindergarten activities are the perfect way to help little ones master key skills. Our hands-on science activities will delight their curiosity and our art projects will spark their creativity. We have plenty of project ideas that are great for fine motor practice. What’s more, our letter and number activities provide a solid foundation for early elementary reading and math.
