Congratulations to SEO Hyun Jin (Grace) who recently won the Korean Women’s Human Rights Agency and Ministry of Gender Equality & Family (MOGEF) Excellence Award in Art. She was the only winner in Vietnam. Grace is currently a student in Year 10. She has special talents in Visual Arts and has won various local competitions. On 12 August 2015, the Korean Women’s Human Rights Agency and Ministry of Gender Equality & Family (MOGEF) organised an art & music competition and Grace won the Excellence Award in the Art category. The School was extremely busy over the summer weeks, refurbishing and renovating the campuses. One of the new additions to our campus is the astro-turf soccer field. The field is engineered with a premium knitted nylon system designed to provide uniform traction and consistent footing. It improves playability when it is wet and absorbs water to maintain wet conditions longer.
AIS student Van Duy Bao (16) has a dream of studying engineering at one of the top universities in the USA. It is this dream of “aiming high” and a love of learning which has motivated this polite and well-spoken young man to achieve outstanding results in the recent IGCSE examinations.
