AIS students continue to excel under the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme despite the unprecedented challenges of the past two years. Undeterred by the transitions between physical campus and online learning – and flourishing under the guidance and support of our committed group of teachers and education specialists – our Year 13 cohort has performed to the highest of their abilities in the recent IB assessments and achieved truly remarkable results.

With 81 per cent of our students receiving a Bilingual Diploma, our student's accomplishments are also reflected in the phenomenal interest shown in them by universities across the globe, particularly in the US and UK. In fact, a majority of our students are currently enjoying a multiple offer situation, with as many as fourteen international universities vying for their attention.

To fully illustrate their level of success, our Year 13 students have received offers from over 60 universities in the US and UK, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong and South Korea. In addition, numerous students were awarded an array of merit-based scholarships to help fund their tuition, textbooks and living expenses.

Following in the footsteps of previous AIS IB Diploma graduates who have gone on to study at top universities worldwide, our students intend to pursue a wide range of degree options. They include Medicine, Biological Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Psychology, Engineering, Business and Commerce, Finance, Industrial Design, Marketing, Music, International Relations, Global Studies, Communications Management and Aviation, to name a few.

Principal Davina McCarthy is delighted with these outstanding results and feels they are a testament not only to the school's dedicated teaching staff but also to AIS's highly motivated students and their extremely supportive families.

"I am incredibly proud of this 2022 cohort," she confirmed. "Despite adversity and constant changes, they have been resilient, excelled in exceptional circumstances and are extraordinary young people. Congratulations to everyone."

Nadim M Nsouli, Founder, Chairman & CEO of Inspired Education Group, added, "We are proud of each of our students for the hard work they have put into achieving their ambitions, and they deserve the excellent university destinations and exciting future pathways that such great results deliver."

While Nicholas Wergan, Inspired's Global Education Director, commented, "This shows the depth of character of our students – results like this require curiosity and aspirations to aim high, and the grit and self-confidence to achieve those dreams; we are delighted for our students at these deserved achievements and grateful to our fantastic teaching teams for enabling this success."

About the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme
The IB Diploma is a broad-based, two-year course that promotes personal and academic achievement and offers a challenging pre-university course of study. The programme emphasises the importance of independent learning, enabling Year 12 and 13 cohorts to gain confidence in their own abilities while developing effective self-management, study and time management skills. These valuable lessons provide students with a significant head-start over their peers and allow IB Diploma graduates to easily transition to tertiary study and life beyond the classroom.

IB qualifications are recognised and respected by leading tertiary institutions and employers, creating countless opportunities for students to succeed on the global stage.

Congratulations to our 2022 IB Diploma graduates!
