Sports

As a key element of an Inspired education, sports encompass health, well-being, fun, motivation, self-discipline, and self-esteem. AIS aims to provide a sports programme that suits every boy and girl, regardless of age or ability. Whether students are pursuing national or international honours, or simply enjoying the benefits of fitness while fostering a lifelong interest in physical activity, the sports and physical exercise classes at AIS contribute to the mental alertness needed for successful study and a love of learning.

With over thirty professional sports coaches, AIS students participate in competitive sports regionally, nationally, and internationally. They compete with AIS Titans in basketball, football, table tennis, volleyball, swimming, tennis, badminton, and more.

Visual & Performing Arts

Inspired's Creative and Performing Arts pillar helps students discover their individuality and develop their unique talents across the curriculum. At AIS, we foster both intellectual and creative growth through a strong visual and performing arts programme. This is supported by purpose-designed, well-resourced studios and lessons delivered by specialist arts teachers.

Visual Arts and Music education starts in kindergarten and continues through to the IB Diploma, with students progressing through various instruments and ensemble performances. Drama offers students opportunities to participate in productions and events from a young age. Additionally, students can engage in fine arts through an extensive extracurricular programme and field trips. This approach enhances their creativity, confidence, teamwork, leadership, public speaking, and problem-solving abilities, among other invaluable life skills.
