Congratulations to our IB students for their achievements in the 2022 - 2023 IB Diploma examinations. For the 12th year , AIS students were above world averages.

Below is a summary of the May 2023 results:

• IBDP pass rate: 97.3%

• Full Diploma Average Exam Score: 33.4 (out of 45)

• World Average Score: 30.24 (out of 45)

• Highest Diploma Score awarded to an IB Diploma student: 44 (out of 45)

• 20.29% of students were awarded 40 points or more (out of 45)

• Special congratulations to the 71 students who received the Bilingual IB Diploma, demonstrating their fluency in 2 first languages, including Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese and Japanese.

• World Average Score: 31.98 (out of 45)

• Highest Diploma Score awarded to an IB Diploma student: 43 (out of 45)

• 10.7% of students were awarded 40 points or more (out of 45)

• World Average Score: 33 (out of 45)

• Highest Diploma Score awarded to an IB Diploma student: 44 (out of 45)

• 13% of students were awarded 40 points or more (out of 45)

• Special congratulations to the 89 students who received the Bilingual IB Diploma, demonstrating their fluency in 2 first languages, including Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese and Japanese.

• Highest Diploma Score awarded to an IB Diploma student: 40 (out of 45)

• Bilingual Diploma 78%

• Full Diploma Average Exam Score: 30.6 (out of 45)

• World Average Score: 29 (out of 45)

• Highest Diploma Score awarded to an IB Diploma student: 44 (out of 45)

• Special congratulations to the 39 students who received the Bilingual IB Diploma, demonstrating their fluency in 2 first languages, including Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese and Japanese. A total of 87% of AIS IB Diploma candidates were awarded the Bilingual IB Diploma – more than 3 times the world average.
