After a long career in investment banking, Tim joined ACG as CFO in 2011 to lead the growth programme, which resulted in the creation of a wider education group. Tim graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from Imperial College, London, before spending eight years working for PricewaterhouseCoopers in New Zealand and Europe. That was followed by 17 years of investment banking experience with a number of international banking organisations. Before joining ACG Schools, Tim was based in Singapore where he headed up the Corporate Finance Business of ING Bank in South East Asia.
Tim is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Directors.
Clarence began his teaching career in 1978 and joined ACG Education Group as Principal of ACG Junior College (now ACG Parnell College) in 1999. He became the founding and Executive Principal of ACG Strathallan in 2001, creating a school widely reputed for its academic achievement and personal development for all students.
Clarence was responsible for the merger of the two ACG joint venture schools in Vietnam to form the Australian International School (AIS), and he took up the role of General Director of AIS in 2013. In 2016 he was appointed CEO of Schools & Early Learning, overseeing all of ACG Schools and Early Learning Centres, with particular focus on academic quality management. Clarence brings to this role his extensive curricula experience in both Cambridge International Examinations and International Baccalaureate.
